Located on Hermannstraße—a quiet street in the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, in the second row parallel to the promenade—our cozy vacation apartments, “Seegras” and “Admiral,” are available for your stay. Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Hübner” Hotel, with its glass dome roof, serves as a landmark halfway between the “Neptun” Hotel and the lighthouse. The building was completely renovated in 1998 and meets modern standards.
The “Seegras” apartment, featuring hardwood floors, is located on the 2nd floor and offers exceptional comfort and coziness. The beach is just around the corner along the promenade (approx. 150 m). From the balcony, you can enjoy a view of a lush inner courtyard and, to the side, the beach.
A private parking space (No. 111) is available for a fee in the underground parking garage across the street at the “Residenz im Kurpark.”
Layout: Living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed (2nd TV), bathroom with tub, kitchen with refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop (4 burners), oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, dishwasher. Living area approx. 55 sqm for up to 4 people, balcony with seating, cable TV, CD player, DVD player, free Wi-Fi. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.
The initial supply for the apartment includes one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Right next door, you can rent the "Admiral" vacation apartment for 2–4 people, so that two families or groups of friends can enjoy a relaxing vacation together.
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Services: Underground parking space for a fee
Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
People with severe disabilities 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to 5 years old, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
