We are renting for the first time, our house, a former chocolate factory converted into a loft with a country-bohemian atmosphere:
On the first floor, a large living room of 85m²: living room + fireplace / dining room/bar/ kitchen + toilet + linen room - On the 1st, a children's playroom with 2 beds, a master suite -air-conditioned -and its double bathroom, + 2 bedrooms and a bathroom
Outside, a charming little courtyard in the spirit of "Ile de Ré" to take your meals + a large parking lot. In the house next door to renovate -but without work in progress -you have access to a beautiful swimming pool of 13x4x1.50 and its teak terraces. The garden is a little bumpy but super quiet and benefits from the shade of a beautiful chestnut tree, the pool house is not finished but it allows you to store your pool belongings (+wc).
We are 5 minutes from the village center on foot and 2 km from the supermarkets.
In Orgeval, you can play golf, tennis or padel, ride horses, or go to Villennes sur Seine (10 minutes by car) if you are a fan of water sports in all their versions.
And for fans of tourism, Versailles St Germain en laye, Giverny are very close and Paris is 30 minutes away by the A 14 and the A 13, or 20 minutes from the St Lazare train station from the Villennes sur Seine station...
