The Silva Nigra Chalet is idyllically situated on the edge of the forest above the Hierholzer Pond and offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature. This cozy wooden chalet features approximately 65 m² of living space with 3.5 rooms, a sunroom, and two balconies—one of which overlooks the pond. The sunny, west-facing 1,000 m² hillside lot also offers unobstructed views toward the Alps.
The Hierholzer Weiher is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, and numerous frogs, and in the summer it becomes a small gathering spot for locals and visitors alike. From the balcony or sunroom, you can wonderfully observe and enjoy nature.
Inside the chalet, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and range hood. Both the shower room and the separate restroom have windows. The house is heated by a central pellet heating system, while hot water is generated by a high-performance solar thermal system. Electricity comes from regional, sustainable hydropower.
Parking spaces are located right next to the house; from there, a natural stone path with steps leads to the chalet. Guests have access to the entire floor, including the sunroom, both balconies, and the upper part of the garden.
