The separate kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, four ceramic burners, and various small kitchen appliances, is perfect for cooking. The shower room and the small hallway with a coat closet have also been recently renovated, and all three rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

Out of consideration for the other apartments in the building, small children are unfortunately not permitted in this apartment.
